Where do you ship?

We deliver only to the U.S. but we will soon be available to other countries.

How much does shipping cost?

USA - FREE and secure shipping with tracking code by registered Air Mail. 

How are we able to offer quality products at such affordable prices?

Woof Jungle partners with global designers and manufacturers in Asia which allows us to provide you with the highest quality products at affordable prices. We aim to provide you a unique and pleasurable shopping experience. 

What payment methods are accepted?

Our payments are processed through PayPal, a secure payment gateway giving you as a buyer increased security and protection. You can either pay through your PayPal account directly, or you can use your credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

Who long does shipping take?

Our dispatch time is usually 1 to 4 business days after the order is placed. Products  are shipped directly from our manufacturers, shipping to USA may take approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive. This ensures optimal product quality control and competitive pricing. 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation, including your tracking code and details on where and how to track your parcel.

I have not received my order, where is it?

If you have not received your parcel within 30 days after payment, please let us know and contact our customer support team at  woof@woofjungle.com. We will check your parcel and have it delivered to you asap! In addition, you may also contact your local post office with your tracking code and ask for further information.

How secure is my personal information?

Woof Jungle adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store. Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.  

What is your refund policy?
